ABOUT
For 20 years I have supported individuals, families, couples and children to achieve their goals in becoming more confident, capable and courageous. I specialize in building and maintaining healthy relationships. I provide support in setting and respecting boundaries, managing work and life to create harmony, as well as promote healthy and effective parenting.
I am a Certified Life Coach, Certified Nurturing Parenting Facilitator, a MATCH Certified Counselor and Trauma Informed Counselor. My background as a Mental Health Counselor combined with my passion for helping individuals accomplish their goals, has assisted my clients in reaching their full potential, without compromising their values.
